Serrated Machine Knives

Our high speed steel knives, including serrated back knives and planer blades, are expertly designed for profiling and machining wooden boards on a moulder or planer thicknesser. These machine knives are crafted from top-quality high speed steel, ensuring precision and accuracy when cutting both hard and soft woods.

The knives undergo a hardening process that achieves a hardness of 58 to 63 HRC under computer-controlled conditions and are precision ground for optimal performance. The serrations on our serrated knives are ground to a 60-degree angle, or 90 degrees if required. Additionally, all our machine knives can be equipped with tungsten carbide inserts for enhanced durability.
